This month’s challenge is another exploration of the inner-self, but through a mental approach. There is also a healing component in each of the exercises, as they all connect us to our deep soul space. You can complete the daily brain games during your meditation time or just when you have some time to relax a bit.
They are great tools for meditating, manifesting, strengthening concentration, and engaging intuition.
